Required settings and plug-ins

Pop-Up Blockers and Firewalls. For SextantNet to function properly you must add http://www.sextantnet.com to your allowed list in your pop-up blocker software. If you are not sure how to add SextantNet to your allowed list you may have to disable your pop-up blockers. You may also have to configure your firewall to work with SextantNet.

Report a problem

Request a new option

To request a new option email Sextant Navigation at sns_services@sextant-navigation.com with "New Option Request" in the subject line.

Known Issues

When using Internet Explorer 7 the following message will display in the map window. “Click to activate and use this control”. This is a new function in Internet Explorer and there is currently no way to disable it. The only way around it is to disable Java Mode in SextantNet by clicking the Java Mode button in the lower left corner of the screen. This will set SextantNet to its basic user interface. You may also wish to use a different browser such as Netscape or Firefox
